I have learned so much, and actually, some of it is sticking in my head. I have "used" QDC a few times with my family! Actually, they seem to respond more favorably to the question - sometimes a statement kind of makes them "bristly"? Do I make myself understood?

And it has been fun....I even used it over the week-end with my husband after we had negotiated buying a car! Usually, I would have put my objection in the form of a statement, but didn't this time. I was so pleasantly surprised when he came to my way of thinking w/o getting upset! Wonder of Wonders! I LOVE it!

Now all I have to do is USE my leads....and I find myself terrified of picking up the phone. But I will. I am sure THIS way will work! I must look at it as "practice makes good - then better - then best"!
