Question:     I am getting interrupted by too many PM Notifies Answer:   There are two answers here: 1) This is Peter's actual response to a customer who wrote: "Hello; I am finding the PM Notify comes up so often and interferes with other programs Im trying to use. What am I doing wrong?" Peter wrote: "Hello Ellen, The first part of your request generates my first response. Remember, the PM Notify feature lets you know people are opening your email and clicking on your site. It's your choice on what you want to do with these. It makes me feel really good to know we help you generate enough traffic for you to be distracted with people looking at your emails and business. If you move your MOUSE, the windows disappear. You can call these people immediately, because you know they are probably home. If these still get in the way, (as in you are doing an online meeting, or watching something on your screen), you can change the settings by right clicking on your PM Notify ICON, go to settings, and then uncheck the features that are checked that you don't want to be interrupted with. So, you are not doing anything wrong, but you might be missing opportunities to contact people that are looking at your email and website. I hope that helps! Thanks, Peter 386-445-3585" 2) If your Internet connection is intermittent, PM Notify may keep popping up. It is not PM Notify, it is your Internet connection dropping your connections. Reboot your computer and unplug your connect and router and see if challenges still occur. If so, you might need to call your ISP or computer repair reps.
