How do I receive help from Support?
Answer:   We have a staff of qualified professionals that will be able to assist you with almost anything related to our products. Just Submit a support ticket in your LMS for the fastest results. If it's something of an urgent issue, call 386-445-3585 and select Option 4. Most technical questions are easily solved. If there's a challenge with your computer, we may be able to identify it for you, but it still might be a challenge with your computer. As we cautiously release our products after they have been fully tested, it's ususally not us. Could be, but not usually. Therefore, check the obvious on your side. Pop-up Blockers, Firewalls, regular updates to your computer, Spam filters, all should be looked at first. If you cannot figure it out, let us know.
