Question:     Problems with Payments with Pay Pal Answer:   You must be a Premier or Business Account in Pay Pal to accept payments for subscriptions. Pay Pal has three levels: Personal, Premier, and Business. There is no charge to upgrade to Premier or Business (just more information). To upgrade in Pay Pal is free, and easy. Find the settings for MY SETTINGS after you log in to Pay Pal... then upgrade. Please go through the extra effort and make sure people you bring in to sell have Premier or Business Pay Pal accounts.
