How does EMOS work Step-By-Step?
EMOS is your Automated Email
Delivery System.
LMS is your Lead Management System.
EMOS does the work,
LMS tracks the results.
1) We set up everything for you.
2) Our first step is to create an
EMOS account.
3) We customize the EMOS account
for you.
4) We load ALL the leads into the
EMOS autoresponder.
5) The EMOS system spreads the first email delivery out over the next three days.
6) When someone opens the email,
it is called an EMOS Open in your LEADS folder in your LMS.
7) When someone clicks on your
link inside the email they just opened,
the lead gets directed to your website and becomes an EMOS Click.
You can see the activity in your LMS, under MY LEADS..
8) If you are using one of our
Phase2 or Phase3 websites, when they submit their
information, the Lead goes into your HOT PROSPECTS folder in your LMS.
If you are using a different kind
of website, when they click on the form,
they go to whatever that website is designed to do. If there is an autoresponder
attached to
that website, they will start the other series of emails.

We use the website you gave us to promote and match it with the appropriate
email campaign.
There are 10 messages in the campaign, and all the leads are emailed every three
days.
This fills up one month of
mailings.
After the month is over, the
ACTIVE leads are ARCHIVED.
When you order monthly, the old
(archived) leads are restarted, and the new leads you ordered are added in.
Then all the leads are ACTIVE again. We call this the Snow Ball Effect.
