How can I cancel an order?
Answer:   You can cancel an order or make any changes you want by calling your favorite PM Marketing rep, or by submitting a Support Ticket here, or through your Lead Management System (LMS). The least preferred method is to make changes through email. We receive thousands of emails everyday, and unless your email is read and you receive a specific reply to your request, you can assume we never saw it. So if it's important to you, make sure you call, submit a ticket, or receive a response. Just sending an email doesn't "count".
If you cancel an order after it is filled, there are no refunds for any reason. There are no refunds on PrePaid Leads orders once the leads order is started.
