Answer:   You can cancel an order 2 ways: 1) by phone (call your PM Marketing rep or 386 445-3585) 2) by submitting a Support Ticket through your LMS (Lead Management System) Please do not submit a cancellation by email. We receive hundreds of emails per day and may not see yours. If you cancel an order after it is filled, there are no refunds for any reason. There are no refunds on PrePaid Leads orders once the leads order is started.
