What are Support Tickets?
Answer:   Support Tickets are generated in the LMS system as a way of simplifying our communication with our customers. Many requests are simple. Such as "please change my website" or "please give a Free Lead Management System to someone on my team". LMS users can submit a Support Ticket any time. Most simple tickets are answered in a few hours. Complex ones many take longer and need to be clarified with a phone call. Sending emails back and forth is not the best way of communicating with us, as we all get too many emails.
