Question:

How do I EXPORT/DOWNLOAD my leads?
Answer:

There are a few ways you can download/export and/or print your leads in EMOS or LMS.

Tip:

Read this entire answer before selecting what you want to do.

In EMOS:

You can watch the EMOS Movie for some tips on this and how to use EMOS http://www.networkleads.com/infomovies/e1
.

Some people like to print their leads in LMS one at a time. You can do this
through the Printer Icon when viewing the individual lead in LMS.

Some like to download and then print them all at once (as in a spreadsheet) .

You probably have your leads in two places:

LMS and EMOS

To print your leads one at a time in LMS:

1) Go to MY LEADS

2) Go to DETAILS

3) Find and Select the PRINTER icon .

To download/print your leads all at once in LMS:

1) Log in to LMS. Go to LEAD WIZARD

2) Download the folder you like to a specific location on your computer. Please
remember where you downloaded them.

3) Open up the file on your computer. Adjust the columns and rows for your
preferences and PRINT.

To download/ print your leads from EMOS:

1) Go to Export E-Mail List Data

2) Select the category you prefer

3) Save on your local computer.

4) Adjust the columns and rows for your preferences and PRINT.

Easy way to download Leads from LMS.

Something to consider:

There are several types of browsers you can use to view your LMS:

1) Microsoft's Internet Explorer

2) Mozilla's Fire Fox

3) Google's Chrome

4) Apple's Safari

Each has it's own version based on the age of your computer

and the version you are using... so I do not know what you are using.

There are two forms your browser might download:

1)  Text ( .txt )

2) .csv

The simplest way to download the leads is "go with the flow".

Download the leads in the format it wants to and then convert the leads to the
file type

you want, once they are on your computer.

Start by logging in to your LMS.

then go to Lead Wizard, then follow the prompts.

If you see the file extensions (.txt or .csv), believe it or not, you can
simply rename the folder to either .txt or .csv.

If you do not see the file extensions, you have to change the settings in Folder
Options on your Computer.

You can do this through the Control Panel in PCs.  (Mac people can visit
the Apple store, meaning I do not use Mac)

Once in Folder Options, go to the VIEW tab on top, and uncheck "Hide
Extensions of known file types."

Another way:

If you have the program Excel. You can open Excel, then go to File, then
Open, and find your file.

Save it in the format you want.
